Tale Of Elegance in St. Moritz: Moncler’s Spectacular Skiwear Showcase

On Saturday night, in the charming atmosphere of St. Moritz, Moncler turned the cold setting into a star-studded fashion spectacle, bringing skiwear to life.

This standout event concluded a weekend filled with special moments and the presence of a lineup of celebrities, including Anne Hathaway, Kate Moss, Willow Smith, snowboarder Shaun White, and film director Paolo Sorrentino, all chauffeured at dusk to a forest high above St. Moritz.

The runway show was like a fairy tale coming to life. Guests enjoyed drinks in the cozy wooden Clavadatsch Hut before Moncler Grenoble showcased its collection outdoors, amidst the magical forest, providing heated seats for the privileged attendees witnessing this spectacle.

The luxury brand skillfully blended the grandeur of the snow-covered nature with the evident mastery in its new Fall/Winter 2024 collection, specially crafted for the demands of the slopes. Dazzling models, including Emily Ratajkowski and Irina Shayk, walked on the snow-paved runway, displaying a wide variety of pieces for both men and women.

Monochromatic, elegantly shimmering ski suits brought a sophisticated approach to technical skiwear, while patterned, quilted puffers added a fresh spin to winter wardrobe staples. The most notable aspect of Moncler's latest collection lies in the meticulous details of the ski and après-ski pieces: designers intentionally incorporated the effect of Aran knit stitches on the quilting of ski jackets, showcasing an unparalleled commitment to each creation.

As the brand administrator, I loved the entire collection, especially the red, white, and black patterns that stood out against the snow. After the show, guests warmed up and continued the celebration at the lively Dracula nightclub during Moncler's post-show party, marking the memorable end to this high-style experience and fairy tale.
