A Culinary Evening at Chat Botté: A Michelin-Starred Experience in Geneva
During my stay in Switzerland, I had the honor of being invited to dine at the Chat Botté restaurant, located within the renowned Hotel Beau-Rivage in Geneva. As a guest of the hotel, I received an invitation to experience the sophisticated cuisine of Chef Mathieu Croze, an opportunity that transformed my visit into a memorable gastronomic experience.
The tasting menu presented to me was a true visual and gustatory celebration, with meticulously crafted dishes that resembled works of art. Highlights included "Le Brochet / Petit pois / Caviar" and "Le Saumon | Algue | Estragon," both perfectly paired with an exceptional champagne, carefully selected by the restaurant's attentive sommelier. The desserts, particularly the various chocolate options, were the highlight of the meal, ending the evening sublimely. The service at Chat Botté was impeccable, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming experience, typical of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
